  4. Trained Pakistani nurses must demonstrate their proficiency in English by taking tests such as the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), the test of International English Language Testing System (IELTS). There is a release depending on your country of birth.
  5. Licensed practical nurses, trained nurses, and patient caregivers are not allowed to transfer their licenses to the United States.
